They know their craft, were easy to work with on schedules and change requests. Communications was amazing. Their attention to detail is outstanding. My wife had design visions but Shawn helped provide good feedback and it realized my wife dream bathroom vision. Shawn did go above and beyond thinking about the design and details and then getting it done. They surpassed out expectations and went way beyond that to meet our needs. Our bathroom now looks like a dream.

We had a front porch that was falling apart. Shawn built around the bricks leaving some bricks exposed and wrapping the rest with decking. The look was so contemporary. It was a very original and creative alternative to the dated lattice. The finished product was amazing and the porch is rock solid. The quality of work was so good that I thought I was on “This Old House”. We have a few other projects that need to be done and will only work with Shawn of Sanders 2 Sanders Building and Construction Company. This is the 5th older home that I have purchased and I’ve dealt with several contractors. This is by far the best work that I’ve ever had on any of my properties. Glad we found this company.

We wanted two decks built, one next to each backyard shed we had. Our yard has a lot of tree roots in it. Slopes in all directions and has a lot of run off from the adjoining property going through it. We also found the larger shed was starting to shift due to the moisture in the ground from the run off. Shawn was great! Lifted, leveled and installed deep cement footings for our larger shed to prevent further movement. The decks are also well secured with cement footings . The workmanship was great. He also worked with us on scheduling and the changes in the original plans we asked for as we went along. He was personable and easy to work with. His crew were also friendly and helpful. Great work. We are very pleased. Reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.
